You must be at least 21 years old to purchase wine from our website. By placing an order for our wine bottle, you confirm that you are in the age of dealing with wine bottles, cork and other products legally.

We make every effort to accurately exhibit product information, including detailed descriptions, images, and prices. However, we do not warrant 100% accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any product information on our website. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

4. Ordering and Payment

4.1. Placing an Order: By placing an order through our website, you agree to purchase the selected products at the listed prices. Orders are subject to availability and acceptance by us.

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.2. Delivery: We aim to deliver orders promptly; however, delivery times are estimates and subject to change. Delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances, which are not within our control.

6. Returns and Refunds

6.1. Returns: We accept returns of unopened and undamaged wine bottles within 30 days of delivery. Contact our customer service for return instructions. If it is found damaged at the time of unboxing for bad transport handling, we are responsible for accepting a return request.

If the wrong products are sent to you by mistake, you will get them replaced. We will take special care of your request. However, we never want to make intentional mistakes.

6.3. Refunds: Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment within 7 working days after we receive the returned products. However, the actual action for a refund will be processed within 24 hours (working days).
